The Finance, Admin & Procurement Officer will be responsible for maintaining finance and accounts as per project financial guideline. The position should have more than 5 years working experience in finance & accounts in development sectors in the following areas;
- Record Keeping & Maintain Bill/Vouchers: Regular book keeping, maintain cash book, ledger book, day book, different registers etc.
- Reporting: Must have skills on preparing monthly accounts report, quarterly and annual report in time;
- Procurement & Logistics: Have experience in preparing standard procurement procedures, consultancy papers, vendor selection; prepare work order etc. as per PPR. Regular logistics support to the project staffs for smooth running of project activities.
- Coordination & Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bangla with ability to build relationship with project participants.
Computer skills: Expert in MS Office applications-word/excel/power point presentation, database and familiar with Internet.
